Evora currently offers 9 – 15-month lease terms.

Your furry companions are welcome at Evora. We do have breed restrictions and there is a 2-pet maximum. Please note, additional pet fees do apply.

Evora has a number of storage units available for rent. Inquire with leasing staff for rates and additional details.

Residents are responsible for utilities. Electricity is billed directly by NV Energy. Water, sewer and trash are billed at a flat rate by Evora. High speed internet is available from Lumen. Each apartment comes with quick connect Wi-Fi directly from Lumen (CenturyLink). Activation is as easy as a simple QR code scan.

Evora Management team is available 7 days a week. Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM, and Saturday – Sunday 10AM- 5PM.

On-site security will be present in the evenings.
