Sameerah has been in property management for 28 years and a Las Vegas resident for 32 years. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, knitting, roller skating and watching the sun set at the beach. Some of her favorite things about EVORA are the proximity to delicious foods and how beautiful and unique the buildings are constructed. “Community Manager of the Year” 2024 Awarded by Nevada State Apartment Association

Jonathan has been in the industry for 6 years and has lived in Las Vegas for 13 years. His favorite things about EVORA are the resort-style amenities, including our pools, fitness center and clubhouse. Outside of work, you can find Jonathan reading and spending time with his children.

Brea has been in the leasing industry for over a year and was born and raised in Las Vegas. Outside of work, she loves to travel, create beauty content, and build her personal brands. Her favorite things about EVORA are the luxurious atmosphere and modern designs.

Matt has been in the property management industry for 4 years, the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has been living in Las Vegas for 15 years. His favorite things about EVORA are the resident events and community building. Outside of work, he enjoys family time at home, catching new movies and experiencing new local attractions and shows on the strip.

Daniela has been in property management for over 8 years and a Las Vegas resident for 20 years. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her kids, trying new restaurants, and playing with her Shih Tzu, Milo. Her favorite things about EVORA are the spacious size of the units, the natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, and the lifestyle EVORA delivers.

Michael has been in property management for a little under a year and living in Las Vegas for 19 years. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with loved ones. Some of his favorite things about EVORA are the loft layouts with the high ceilings, the phenomenal sunset views, and the spacious gym and fitness areas.

Esteban has been in the property management industry for 16 years and has been living in Las Vegas for over 4 years. His favorite things about EVORA are the amazing residents. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, including fishing and camping.
